Frequently Asked Questions

Is this a silly Question?

No question is a silly question. There are so many components to a new home and so many options to consider that any question is a good question, and better to ask it early rather than when it’s too late!

Are you able to work with the architect of my choice?

If you have a particular Architect or designer you would like us to work with, we can do that. However, we do have our regular architects who we trust and know can deliver good designs, quickly, at good prices and their plans are easy to submit with the local councils.

Do you deal with the Council?

Yes, we do everything from submitting the consent to meeting the inspectors and getting the code of compliance certificate, any anything in the middle that may come up.

Are you able to visit me on site?

Absolutely! We are happy to meet you on site, it helps us to determine the slope (if any) which can have an impact on the design, it also helps us to see where the “sunniest spot” is to utilize the natural energy, we can see where the neighbours are and any other aspects which helps get “a feel” for the location and also for your visions for the land.

If you don’t have a site but would still like us to come to you, give us a call to arrange a suitable time.

Do you do renovations?

Yes we can. We have completed many renovations in the past, both for ourselves and also for clients. Whether it’s a small fix up or re-cladding the home we can take a look at it for you.

Do you have a question?

Want to know if we can help with that re-clad or renovation? Or do you have a general question about the building process and what you can expect from your Builder?

Feel free to ask!

You may have a lot of questions whether it’s you first build or one of many. We encourage our clients to ask questions as this helps them understand and enjoy the building process.
